Product features and applications
Continuous galvanizing line in Angang Steel Co., Ltd. has complete type and series, covers all grades of products in European standard, American standard and Japanese standard. The maximum strength reaches 550MPa. The zinc-alumina-magnesium coating strip under research can be used in orifice plate,galvanized,mass galvanized substitute steel and post coating steel. High-strength galvanized building steel has 8 grades, i.e. 220、250 、280 、320 、350 、380 、 410、450 MPa. The series of products have higher strength and stronger deformability as well as good adherance and weldability. Galvanized half hardening high-strength steel has three grades----450, 500 and 550MPa. The steel has good performance in the whole rigidity, aseismicity and insulation, long service life, large space, short construction cycle, lower cost etc. Therefore, it is generally used in buildings. High-strength zinc-alumina coating steel has nine grades------220、250 、280 、320 、350 、380 、 410、450、550 MPa. The series of product has strong corrosion resistance as well as smooth surface and beautiful appearance. So it is used for surface building material or structural parts, roof, wall, water-prood plate, trench, underground pipe, breather pipe, interior decoration, fence and steel frame and so on.
Color coated plate for building
The pipe is painted in color Product features and USES Ansteel has two color coated line with annual capacity of 300,000t. Core painting process use roll coating and double coating and drying technology. The electrical equipment and control system are supplied by Japanese Mitsubishi Company. The whole technical equipment reached international first-class level. Ansteel has rich color coated product types. Base plate has hot galvanized base plate and hot galvanized alumina-zinc base plate with the maximum strength of 550MPa. Finish paint has complete types, including weather-resistant products, functional products and special effect products etc.
