Austenitic  301/301L/301LN

Austenitic stainless steel of cold deformation strengthening grade. The strength and hardness can be increased by cold deformation, while adequate plasticity and toughness kept well.Enjoying the advantage of lower cost for Ni content is slightly lower than SUS 304’s.With excellent property of cold deformation strengthening, corrosion resistance, and weldability, it is used in spring, screen cloth, inside and outside structural material of railway vehicle, etc.

Austenitic 309S/310S

An alloy stainless steel with high Cr and Ni content,nonmagnetic;excellent forming and weldability ,good elevated temperature strength and  corrosion resistant,and it can be used in the environment involed elevated temperature strength ,resistant to corrosion and Widely used in the fields related to chemical equipment and heat resistant parts,and typically applied in saggers,drying equipment,industrial furnace lining ,heat-exchangers,petroleum refinery equipment,etc.

Austenitic 316L/316Ti/317L

316L:A low carbon version of 316, excellent resistance to inter-granular corrosion in more corrosive environment.
316Ti: 316 grade with addition of Ti, excellent formability, good impact property of weld bead at extremely low temperature environment. 
317L: Austenitic stainless steel with increasing more contents of Cr, Ni and Mo than that of 316L, improved resistance to marine and stress corrosion.

Austenitic steel with low Ni content;Enjoying advantages of low cost and stable price;Higher tensile strength and hardness than 304;Good elongation and formability, nonmagnetic.  Kitchen Utensil: Gas cooker’s panel, etc;Others: Auto interior decoration, Mechanical components, etc. Substitution for 304 in normal condition, widely used industry,electrical appliance, kitchen utensil, decoration and other aspects. Austenitic steel with low Ni content;Enjoying advantages of low cost and stable price;Similar tensile strength and formability to 304;Nonmagnetic, excellent elongation and formability.Good corrosion resistance, substitution for 304 in household electrical,, etc;normal corrosion environment.  Substitution for 304 in normal condition, widely used in construction,  Kitchen utensil, mechanical equipment, etc.  Architecture: Wainscoting, Stair, Elevator, etc;  Kitchen Utensil: Cooker’s panel, Outside plate of the  Others: Components of electronic .products, Auto interior and  exterior panels, Structural materials, etc.
