On January 28, Ansteel donated 30 million yuan through the special dedicated account of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (“SASAC) for the prevention and control of the outbreak of the epidemic across the country, especially Wuhan City, giving support in winning the battle without smoke. Ansteel will also keep a closer eye on the epidemic development and social demands and spare no efforts to provide assistance and supports.

During Spring Festival, the sudden and fierce outbreak of a novel coronavirus pneumonia has dominated Hubei province and spread the whole country, concerned by the national people. Many regions in China, represented by Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province, though faced with great challenges, have made great efforts to prevent and control the epidemic and cut off the spread of the virus.

Where there is an epidemic, there is an order. To prevent and control epidemic is to take responsibility. Faced with the epidemic, Ansteel, being a responsible state-owned enterprise, has been resolutely implementing the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang, the decisions and arrangements of CPC Central Committee and the State Council and the related requirements of SASAC. Ansteel immediately held the Standing Committee Meeting of CPC Committee to arrange issues on epidemic prevention and control and donations, going all-out for the epidemic prevention and control and assistance.
