On February 24, the Kickoff Meeting & Implementation Solution Discussion Meeting about the Project of “Source Reduction and Recycling Utilization Technology of Vanadium and Titanium Smelting Waste Slag for Steel Industry” was held in Panzhihua City. This is a key special project of “Solid Wastes Recycling” in National Key R&D Program of China and is undertaken by the Institute of Process Engineering under Chinese Academy of Science, Pansteel and other company.
