Following the analysis of capital market situation and implementing financing strategy of adjusting structure and reducing cost of the Group Corporation, Ansteel Group Headquarters timely launched bond issuance at the end of 2018, seized the favorable opportunity of bond market and cooperated with China Construction Bank, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Ping An Bank to successfully issue 3 billion yuan short-term financing bonds and 3 billion yuan medium-term notes among bank markets on February 22, 2019.
