After nearly half-year design, construction and commissioning, the upgrading and revamping project of charging system for old converter was successfully completed in Vanadium Refining & Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Steel and Vanadium Companyon May 15. This project was undertaken by Xingyunzhilian under Pansteel Western Wulian Group Co., Ltd.
