Ansteel broke through the “Impossible Mission” ,foreign experts admitted, and successfully developed a high-performance 18MND5 steel plate fully meeting the demand for steel for the third generations used in nuclear power equipment in China, and won the first contract for localization of 18MND5 steel plate, which will be applied to “Hualong No.1”nuclear power unit. On August 9, Ansteel Group Co., Ltd. held a New Product News Conference for its World Premiere & Ansteel New Technology and New Product Promotion Meeting, introducing the development, test and use of high-performance 18MND5 steel plates for the third generations used in nuclear power equipment.
