Recently, the invention patent of “High Impact Toughness Rail and Its Production Method” applied by Heavy Rail and Railway Steel Research Section of Ansteel Group Vanadium and Titanium (Steel) Research Institute obtained Russian invention patent authorization. This is the first time for Pangang to obtain Russian invention patent authorization in rail, which provides technical method for exporting high impact toughness rail in the future and improving the market competitiveness to export rail.
