Recently, the National Key Scientific and Technology Pillar Program Subject during the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” ------- “Special Steel High-cleanliness Smelting, Homogeneous Solidification Technology and Rod and Wire Production Line Utilization Demonstration” passed the acceptance organized by China Iron and Steel Industry Association in Beijing. The program was undertaken by Pangang Group, China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group and Northeast Special Steel Group Co., Ltd..
