On November 17 Liaoning provincial Party committee and provincial government cited the first batch of "Liaoning Craftsmen" elected by the province. Mr. Li Chao and Mr. Qi Yunyong from Cold Rolling Plant, Mr. Zhang Fuduo from Hot Rolling Plant, Mr. Lin Xuebin from Steel Making General Plant, and Mr. Tian Yu from Medium and Heavy Plate Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. were elected as the first batch of "Liaoning Craftsmen".
