Ansteel Propaganda Group was founded by the Party committee of Ansteel Group on November 23 for learning and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The Propaganda Group is composed of Mr. Yin Li, deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the labor union of Ansteel Group, Mr. Guo Mingyi, the deputy to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, general legal counsel of Ansteel Group, the secretary of the board, superintendent of Propaganda Department, Organization Department, Discipline Inspection Commission, Labor Union and Chinese Communist Youth League committee of Ansteel Group, and senior teachers of Party school of Ansteel Group and Pangang Group. The members of Ansteel Propaganda Group went into the plant workshops, grassroots and primary-level companies, the rank-and-file and the party members since November 24 till June 30 of next year, to publicize the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with different angles and different aspects.
