The signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Ansteel Group and Dongfang Electric Corporation was held in Chengdu on the afternoon of November 8. The signing is a concrete step by both companies to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promote the complementary advantages of state-owned enterprises, and jointly build the world-class enterprise with global competitiveness.

Witnessed by Mr. Tang Fuping, chairman of the board and secretary of the party committee of Ansteel Group, and Mr. Zou Lei, chairman of the board and secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of Dongfang Electric Corporation chairman party secretary, Mr. Yao Lin, president and deputy secretary of the party committee of Ansteel Group, and Mr. Zhang Xiaolun, president and deputy secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of Dongfang Electric Corporation signed the agreement on behalf of respective party.
