On August 23, Mr. Li Xi, secretary of the Party Committee of Liaoning Province and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Congress came to Ansteel Group to make special investigation on thoroughly studying and implementing the important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the seminar of provincial and ministerial major leadership and carders and deepening the implementation of important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping during attending the consideration of Liaoning Delegation in the fifth session of the 12th National people’s Congress so as to improve the reform and development of state-owned enterprises and greet the successful 19th National Congress of the Party.
