The fifth membership conference of China Iron and Steel Association was held in Beijing on Jan.12, in which the members of the fifth council were elected. And then the first conference of the fifth council was held, in which the standing members of the fifth council and the responsible persons above council secretary general were elected. Mr. Zhang Guangning, chairman and secretary of the Party Committee of Ansteel Group Corporation was elected as the chairman of China Iron and Steel Association.
