With the development of “One Belt And One Road” national strategy, central enterprises are accelerating their “walking out” pace. On the afternoon of March 19, Mr. Zhang Guangning, chairman and secretary of party committee of Ansteel Group and President Tang Fuping had a conversation with Mr. Meng Fengchao, chairman and secretary of party committee of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited and signed a cooperative agreement about overseas business. The two parties will give full play to their brand advantages, cooperate with each other to improve transnational business capability and promote the advanced capacity shifting and overseas layout.

Ansteel Group and China Railway Construction Corporation Limited have had a good cooperative foundation. The two parties signed a strategic cooperative frame agreement to carry out more extensive cooperation in type development and utilization of steel products, engineering project, design promotion, overseas project and real estate project. In order to respond to the “walking out” call of the state for encouraging central enterprises, the two parties decided to sign the cooperative agreement on the overseas business on the basis of original strategic cooperation.
