On the morning of March 16, Ansteel Group and China CNR Corporation Limited signed strategic cooperative agreement in Beijing, which establishes trans-industry strategic cooperative partnership, promotes the combination and sound development of up- and down-stream industrial chain of the two parties, forms the strong alliance of rail transportation vehicle manufacturer and steel manufacturer so as to realize the complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.
 
Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Cui Dianguo, president of China CNR Group Corporation and chairman of China CNR Corporation Limited, Mr. Xi Guohua, secretary of Party Committee of China CNR Group Corporation and president of China CNR Corporation Limited, Mr. Sun Yongcai and Mr. Yu Weiping, vice-president of China CNR Corporation Limited, Mr. Zhang Guangning, chairman and party secretary of Ansteel Group Corporation, Mr. Tang Fuping, president of Ansteel Group Corporation, Mr. Yu Zisu, a member of standing committee of party committee and vice president of Ansteel Group Corporation and Mr. Zhang Dade, president of Pansteel.
 
On behalf of the two parties, Mr. Tang Fuping and Mr. Xi Guohua signed the strategic cooperative agreement.
