Recently, one piece of news came from CNR Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. that the ultra-thin new-type corrosion resistant steel developed and produced by Ansteel was successfully used in P80 general-purpose box wagon. The box wagon roof plate adopted 1.5mm instead of 3mm---14mm while the strength was greatly improved. The assessing results show that all the performance indexes fully meet the application requirement. And a great praise was received from the customer.
 
The successful development of the steel plate marks that after taking the lead in updating railway wagon material, Ansteel also takes the first chance in updating box wagon materials. This has a great significance for Ansteel in improving the dominant position in railway vehicle steel.
