During the World Cup in Brazil, 10,000 tons of 60E2 heat treated rails developed and produced according to the standards of European Union of Railways were set out from Pansteel to Brazil not long before.

    It’s reported that Pansteel began to export rail to Brazil in 2006. Due to its high quality and good market reputation, rails produced by Pansteel are popular with the Brazilian customers. Ansteel has been keeping business relationship with Brazil. At present, the exported categories are （PG4）60kg/m, UIC60, TR57 and newly-developed 60E2 heat treated rail etc.. In May this year, on the requirements of customers, Pansteel and Brazil singed a contract of developing and producing 60E2 heat treated rails by applying the standards of European Railway Alliance. 

   After accepting the contract for developing and producing 60E2 heat treated rails, Pansteel Vanadium Rail Beam Plant actively organized professional engineering technicians to develop new products according to the standards of European Railway Alliance and designed 60E2 heat treated rail profile in an efficient and accurate way. During the production of 60E2 heat treated rails, the elaborate organization of rolling and processing and continuously improvement of process quality control and inspection ensured the flatness and specification of the products meet the standards. Meanwhile, the active loading and shipping made 60E2 heat treated rail being exported on schedule.
