On the afternoon, November 19, Mr. Zhang Xiaogang, president of Ansteel Group Corporation met with Mr. Tadeu Carneiro, CEO of Companhia Brasileira de Metalurgia e Mineração (CMBB) and Mr. Sun Yufeng, president of CITIC Metals Co., Ltd. and their fellows. The two parties had an exchange and discussion in the progress of respective commercial and technological cooperation and deepening further cooperation.
 
CBMM is the largest niobium product manufacturer in the world. Its products are mainly applied to the development of high-end steel products. In 2011, Ansteel, CITIC, Baosteel, Shousteel and Taisteel jointly established China Consortium Joint Venture Company, and successfully acquired 15% shares from CBMM at the price of 1.95billion dollars.
