In Financial Channel “Dialogue” program first aired in CCTV in the evening, November 10, Mr. Zhang Xiaogang, president elect of International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and president of Ansteel Group Corporation got together with Mr. Terry Hill, current president of International Organization of Standardization and Mr. Tian Shihong, director of Standardization Administration of China to have a discussion with the theme of “standard changes the world”. During the interview, Mr. Zhang Xiaogang said, “Standard is the motivation of innovation and standard leads innovation”.
  
On September 20 this year, the 36th General Assembly of International Organization of Standardization was held in St. Petersburg, Russia, in which Mr. Zhang Xiaogang was elected as the new president of ISO with the term from 2015 to 2017. This is the first time for Chinese people to hold this post with extensive influences in the world, thus draw great attentions at home and abroad.
