Ansteel Group and Bank of China signed strategic and cooperative agreement in Beijing on November 6. Bank of China will provide Ansteel Group with all-round financial services including commercial banking, investment banking and insurance business and provide financing support for Ansteel Group in turning deficit to surplus.
 
According to the agreement, the two parties will establish long-term strategic and cooperative partnership. Ansteel Group will consider Bank of China as one of the most important long-term bank cooperation partners and give priority to select it as one of the main cooperation banks in all the financial businesses under the same conditions. Bank of China will take Ansteel Group as one of its most important customers and make full use of its service resources to take precedence to provide Ansteel Group with all-round financial services covering commercial banking, investment banking and insurance business etc. under the premise of corresponding to the laws and regulations, supervision regulation and national policies.
