日前，鞍钢集团教育培训中心（党校）团委开展了“导师带徒”活动，当日共有3对师徒签订了“导师带徒协议书”。据悉，“导师带徒”活动是该中心青年教师岗位成才工程系列活动之一，旨在通过优秀导师的引领、指导，帮助青年教师快速成才。
