Iron Stave
Smelting Equipment Plant is the earliest manufacturer which researches and develops high performance of nodular cast iron stave, and is also the drafter of《Cast iron stave for BF》(China’s ferrous metallurgy industry standard YB/T 4073).
As per customers’ requirements, it can produce flat type, inlay brick type, ramming type with single row, double row and multi-row nodular iron, grey, and heat-resistant alloy cast iron stave.
In 2006, it cooperated with DANIELI CORUS to produce the thick section of nodular iron stave.
In 2008, it began to cooperate with PAUL WURTH to produce cast iron stave as per foreign standards.

optimization blending system
Adopt advanced water pipe fixed method, in order to assure the accuracy of the water pipe position.

Adopt advanced anti-carburizing coating technology. The gap of the pipe and the body is small, no carburizing. After destructive test, the mechanical property and the metallographic organization fully meet technical requirements.

It can produce the long hole, square hole, intensive park, the plum blossom hole, diamond hole, six side bore grid, six disc clubs and other types checker support system that used for internal combustion type stove, external combustion type stove , top combustion stove, preheating furnace.
